They are creative and strive to move the business forward.You will effectively support in conjunction with ACC/admin to the Management, Production, Transport, CSC and SCC functions, for the site stock inventory utilising the ICC system to control full and empty stock processes, maintain SAPFurther you will ensure stock processes and procedures are utilised fully by undertaking specific daily tasks, with investigation and analysis within ICCSupport and collaborate with the necessary departments for the action and resolution of the errors in order to drive stock accuracy improvements is part of your roleKey site contact for all departments (SCC/CSC, Special Products, Supply Chain Depts) to aid and resolve customer issues linked to stock availabilityMonitor and control cylinder stocks during the month to ensure that stock accuracy remains at the target level for stocked and own filled products during the month.Investigate and resolve negative stocks issues by and ensuring daily checks are undertaken on critical product linesYou will need to provide data support to the Branch Manager / BIM in reviewing Safety & Target stocks levels for the branchWhat makes you greatYou have a high level of organisational discipline and passion for customer serviceYou are Computer literate (using Microsoft Office) thisis required for this roleYou haveexcellentcommunication skillsYou have Neat and clear hand writing-EssentialYou must be Competent in data manipulation, analysis & collation skillYou must have a high level of personal integrity
