Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be partnering exclusively with a growing consumer services business in Rotherham, as they look to recruit a 2nd Line Support Engineer.Joining an existing support team, the successful 2nd line support engineer will be responsible for providing remote and desk side support to a user base of circa. 100.Please note this is a fully site based role and includes on call cover one week in three.We are keen to speak with multi-skilled support professionals with the following skills and experience:*Active Directory Knowledge and configuration experience*Windows 10 administration*Basic networking and switch configurations*Basic understanding of firewalls*Basic PowerShell skills*Good knowledge of Windows deployment scenarios*Able to administer M365 with O365*Experience with VoIP phone systems*Ability to work as a team player, work efficiently and prioritise your own tasks*Excellent communication skills, organisational skills*Experience setting up MS Intune (desirable)*Linux, Windows Server experience (desirable) *Mimecast experience (desirable)*VMware knowledge for setup and administration (desirable)To find out more about this opportunity contact us today!
