We are looking for compassionate, proactive and enthusiastic individuals to provide support to people with learning disabilities and/or autism at our supported living services across Doncaster, with current vacancies in Rossington, Conisbrough, Woodlands and surrounding areas. You will work to support the tenants with daily tasks and promote independence, whilst enabling them to enjoy fulfilling and valued lives. You will encourage service users to participate in and contribute to their local community and develop their abilities as fully as possible.You will support tenants to maximise their sense of wellbeing and independence through tailored, ongoing care and support. You will work to make a positive difference to tenants’ lives by supporting them with everyday activities, enabling them to have a fulfilled and happy life.
