Job Description

Logistics Operations CoordinatorLocation: Romford, East LondonCompetitive salary (negotiable depending on experience) + Excellent benefits:

We have an excellent opportunity for an Import/Export Customer Service Operator with industry experience and knowledge of transport operations, customs regulations and/or sea container shipping and documentation.The ideal candidate for the Operations Coordination role will be experienced in a customer-focused position, KPI aware and focused with a high level of motivation & enthusiasm.Duties of the role:
  • Responding to customer logistics requirements
  • Organising the loading and discharging of customers products
  • Managing all aspects of logistics modes from trucking, to shipping, rail bookings
  • Complete invoicing and documentation
  • Problem-solving while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction and maintaining a high level of KPI results
