The company are a leading and heritage rich name in their field. With significant recent investment and success they are now recruiting across the board. This role is brand new within their current structure. As the Digital Designer you will sit within the Learning Centre as part of the L&D/ HR team. You will design blended content training collateral across video, online, offline (manuals/ guides) as well as maintain and develop the internal learning platform.The working balance would be mainly remote with one to two days in the office in Essex.The ideal candidate will come from a big company structure that has a diverse and dispersed employee base. They will be the person who looks after all of the training material across all of the various sites.
