Job Description

Care Co-ordinator-RomfordWe are looking for an outstanding candidate to join our team (Lodge Group Care) as a Care Co-ordinator/Care Scheduler at our head office in Romford.40 hours per week. Salary: £20,000£22,000 (We will be open to discussion about this salary range in interviews with candidates invited. This also does not include on call duties).You must have experience in working with Care Scheduling/Rotas to apply for this role.Our benefits package includes:

  • Normal Hours 09:00 am -17:30 pm (some flexibility required for emergencies and on-call duties)

Monday to FridayImmediate StartThe role would include:
  • Working with the senior care coordinator to support new and ongoing relationships between our carers and clients.
  • Ensuring there is sufficient cover to deliver care and support at the requested times.
  • Allocating care workers to clients, preparing rotas and ensuring all visits are covered using our rostering system.
  • Undertaking emergency visits when required.
  • Acting as a point of contact and dealing with enquiries when necessary for clients, relatives, social services, care workers and other health professionals.

RequirementsYou must have experience in working with Care Scheduling/Rotas to apply for this role.

  • Willing to undertake Personal Care tasks
  • Able to follow instructions and procedures
  • Be comfortable working within either a team setting or lone working
  • UK Driving Licence and own vehicle for work
  • Hold or be willing to undertake a DBS check
  • Have a flexible working pattern
