The role of Project Support Officer (PSO) has arisen for a self-motivated enthusiastic and well-organised individual who can provide effective and comprehensive support to the IM&T Programmes Team at Barking Havering and Redbridge University Hospitals NHS Trust.The post holder will be required to take responsibility and manage designated elements of Projects e.g. supporting and facilitating progress of projects to ensure delivery to time, quality and cost.The post-holder will need to be confident, articulate and have excellent administration skills, experience of taking minutes for complex meetings and organising stakeholder events.The prospective post holder should:1. Be an excellent communicator with a good telephone manner2. Have proven experience of providing support to project teams3. Have experience of maintaining project files and configuration records4. Be able to manage and organise own time effectively5.
