Job Description

We are offering exceptional earning potential with up to 44 days paid leave for an experienced Service Advisor to join our friendly team and oversee all bookings for service & repair work. Our competitive salary package consists of an excellent basic salary with an outstanding bonus scheme.The role will require the successful candidate to support the Autocentre Manager by maximising service & repair bookings and liaising with customers to ensure their service and repair requirements are booked in, in a courteous and efficient manner.The ideal applicant will have hands on experience in the motor industry with excellent customer service skills, a desire to succeed and the ability to support, develop and motivate a successful team.   • To act as ambassador for the Mr Clutch Autocentre brand.
  • To deliver outstanding customer service.
  • To maximise volume to ensure profit and financial targets are met
  • To co-ordinate and control the work of Autocentre staff, offering assistance and support as required
  • Responsible for the security of resources, stock and monies.
  • Responsible for maintaining company house-keeping standards.
    • Salary: Negotiable DOEHours: 48 hours per week (phone number removed) Mon to Fri & 8.30-5 Sat)Benefits include:
