Job Description

Our client is seeking a Sales and Marketing Admin Assistant, the role is offered as a permanent full-time position - no remote working.Salary: Up to £23,000 per annumLocation: StroodHours: 37.5 hours per week (start times of 8.00am, 8.30am or 9.00am)No remote working availableHoliday: 29 days including bank holidaysOther Benefits: Free Onsite Parkingaccess to discounted shoppingStaff discount on company productsEmployee Assistance ProgrammeThe Sales and Marketing Admin Assistantposition is office-based. There will be regular contact with customers, partners and other stakeholders, therefore excellent customer service skills as well as an outgoing, personable, confident, andapproachable nature are essential.The Sales and Marketing Admin Assistantmust be numerate, literate with a proven proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and be able to effectively manage multiple tasks & projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Website CMS experience would be advantageous.The main Sales and Marketing Admin Assistant duties will include:

  • Point of sale organisation and ordering - keeping track using a budget control sheet
  • Assisting the Marketing Executive with distribution of assets to stores / competition winners
  • Assisting the Marketing Executive and work with the wider Commercial team in maintaining certain company social media accounts
  • Dealing with asset requests from the sales team
  • Helping to oversee customer visits on site, ensuring the showroom is presentable and lunch is planned
  • Office management - ordering office food and drink deliveries and stationery orders
  • Booking commercial team visits including accommodation as and when required
  • Supporting the senior management teams as and when required on admin
  • Liaising with external agencies for content creation and attending quarterly reviews with the agencies
  • Keeping online accounts up to date / help manage the individual portals for these accounts
  • Filling in product sheets for various retailers as and when requested and liaising with the various stakeholders within the business to gather the relevant information
  • Exhibition and event co-ordination including attending these events with the sales team
  • Help champion all aspects of brand management to ensure a consistent representation of the brand at all times
  • Undertaking market research as and when required
  • Liaising with external customers to enhance brand presence both online and in store.
  • Providing input for New Product Development (NPD) and the marketing launch support around new products
  • Working with the sales team to populate spec sheet for new product launches
  • Assisting the Business Analyst in weekly capacity planning of factory resource
  • Assisting the Business Analyst in lead time communication to key retailers
