Job Description

Job Role: Production Shift ManagerSalary: 40-45kShifts: Monday-Friday (Day Shift)Location: RochesterAre you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving operational excellence Were seeking a skilled individual to oversee our production operations on a day shift, Monday to Friday. As a pivotal member of our team, youll be responsible for ensuring efficientproduction processes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring health & safety is adhered to.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of production staff to achieve daily targets and KPIs.
  • Implement and optimize production schedules to meet customer demands.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production challenges and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a production management role within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to decision-making.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
