Job Description

This role is for an individual who has previous experience in a PA role and is ready for the next step in their career. My client is looking for additional support on both a corporate and home life basis- the role will predominantly be based in the office, but there will be some home support required, e.g. occasionally picking the Clients children up from school.Client DetailsMy Client is the CEO of his business based in Rochester.DescriptionThe key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • Organising and planning meetings
  • Overseeing household staff i.e. tutoring, ironing, cleaning, gardening, window cleaning.
  • Organising the CEOs calender and travel
  • Monitoring emails and responding on the CEOs behalf
  • Dropping and collecting children from school between the hours of 8.30am and 3pm.
  • Household purchases / returns and credit card / account reconciliations
  • Basic book-keeping for small companies, sole trader accounts for family investments.
  • Assisting with event planning.
  • Buying presents and sending gifts
  • ProfileThe successful candidate will:
  • Posses excellent organisational skills and have the ability to multi task
  • Have strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Have a caring manner with children
  • Be able to drive and have access to a car
  • Have tact and discretion where required
  • Be flexible and adaptable
