Healthcare Assistant HCANear Rochester£9.90 - £11.57 per hour DOEKW/TN/11086/2A premier independent care providerone of the UKs top 25 companies to work for in 2021is now looking for a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join their Good-rated care home just outside Rochester, which provides tailored elderly and dementia care that focuses on independence, dignity, and choice.The home, a beautiful converted clergy house, offers first-rate general nursing care for the elderly and specialised care for those with physical disabilities or dementia, with a sensory garden, multiple lounges, and a wealth of daily activitiesincludingsinging sessions, cake making, film and quiz nights, and regular outingsfor residents social and entertainment needs.As a Healthcare Assistant (HCA), you will support the residents to live well and keep active in a friendly and caring environment. Depending on your experience, you may join the home as a:

  • Junior Care Assistantif you are brand new to care and willing to learn.
  • Care Home Assistantif you have some previous experience with elderly care.
  • Senior Care Assistantif you have NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
