A well known and highly successful second hand jewelry retailer and pawnbroker is looking for an Assistant Branch Merchandiser to join their team. As Assistant Branch Merchandiser you will be responsible for ensuring all stores have the right product and cover in order to drive sales and exceed targets. Reporting in to the Branch Merchandiser your role will involve: *Completing store planograms for space changes, re-fits and new store openings*Feedback any space changes to the Merchandising team so that product decisions can be made*Ensuring replenishment is accurate at all times*Completing seasonal gradings for each store*Reviewing weekly and monthly trade for each store, monitoring fast and slow cover stores and proposing stock actions*Visiting stores across the country where required, to review performance, stock mix and propose actions to improve sales*Carry out stock refreshes in stores*Supporting the Visual Merchandiser with store set ups*Working alongside the wider team and communicating regularly with stores and the Area Managers*Managing a Branch Admin Assistant This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing Assistant Branch Merchandiser with a background in pawnbroking including the sale of second hand jewelry and watches. You will a highly analytical Assistant Merchandiser, who is able to review trade reports and make decisions based on store performance, whilst always looking for ways to improve sales. You will be a great communicator and love building relationships with colleagues at all levels. This role also involves travel, and as the business has a large portfolio of stores, the successful applicant must be happy to travel across the country to complete store visits where necessary.
