Job Description

We are hiring aVM Manager to join our Visual Merchandising team who are well known in industry for providing customers with a personalised targeted experience in every store.This role reports into our Senior VM Manager and youll be responsible for overseeing a team of VM Co-ordinatorsYoull have the opportunity to work with internal departments such as Buying, Merchandising and Marketing to build a strong understanding of the business strategy, before creating weekly VM guidelines which align with company directives. The Role:

  • Overseeing the continued training and development of the team.
  • Create Visual Merchandising guidelines and communicate to the retail teams to ensure the store estate remains consistent and in line with the business strategy
  • Work alongside key departments such as Buying, Merchandising, Marketing and the wider retail team to ensure company directives are delivered throughout the store estate
  • Gather information from key departments & sales data to assist in forward planning for all aspects of Visual Merchandising
  • Review sales analysis frequently to gain an understanding of retail performance and act accordingly
  • Carry out store visits throughout the retail estate looking for future visual merchandising opportunities whilst highlighting any issues and adhering to business guidelines
  • Demonstrate confidence when liaising with senior and executive management
About you:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience within in Visual Merchandising, preferably at management level
  • Passionate about people and in the development of those around you
  • Driven, ambitious and motivated
  • Passion for product and strong understanding of current trends
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Proficient in the Adobe creative suite
  • Full UK Driving Licence
