Our client is a premium automotive retailer who are looking for a Valeter based at their Rochdale centre. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the most prestigious brands in the automotive industry.The client is a family run business who started over 110 years ago and during that time, have sold and repaired cars and bikes across multiple locations in the North West. As a Valeter, responsible for making sure that every car is valeted and prepared withthe companys quality standards and process are maintained.In return, the Valeter can expect a salary of £22,935 with an OTE of £23,835. Theres also 22 days paid annual leave which increases on length of service, Company Pension Scheme, Life Assurance, Employee Reward & Recognition Schemes, Social Events, Staff Discountsand Employee Wellbeing Initiatives.Role & Responsibilities of ValeterCarry out any valeting duties required on the car as deemed appropriate by your manager.Assist with customer vehicle collection and delivery when required.Record any complaints during collection/delivery and make sure that these are reported immediately.Making sure all customer vehicles are parked in the location required on site.Maintain excellent relationships with all staff and customers.Skills & Requirements to be a ValeterBe an experienced Valeter in an independent garage or main dealer Have excellent customer service skills.Hold a full UK driving licence.Have a desire work for a reputable brand.Thrive under pressure.Have a friendly, positive, confident attitude towards customer service.Whats NextOur client is very passionate about their employees, their development but also their customers.
