Job Description

Were looking for a permanent addition to our IT department to help us support the delivery of changes to one of our key eCommerce systems.This is an exciting role for a technical business analyst who can:

  • Rapidly gain a deep understanding of how systems interact and visualise touchpoints across a business process.
  • Work with stakeholders and development teams to identify, capture and clarify requirements.
  • Take ownership of system configurations and support business super users in making changes and enhancements to support new business processes.
  • Manage engagement with multiple development teams to deliver complex changes to underlying systems and processes.

We look for people who embrace and promote these ideals across the tech teams and widerbusiness. The Team This is a hybrid role working on our new Product Information Management (PIM) system. The team are reaching the end of an initial integration project with a third-party tool, with technical configuration specific to how our eCommerce and Merchandising teamswork.As the project enters its next phase, we require someone to continue analysis and configuration work on the PIM in support of the eComm team as they refine their ways of working.The successful candidate will also need to manage work across other IT teams and third-party suppliers to support new requirements, requiring an aspect of project / delivery management in an agile environment. About You Were looking for someone who can take complex systems and create clarity, simplicity and be able to take ownership of process changes through to production. You will be inquisitive and have no issues with asking lots of questions.You care about understanding and solving problems for stakeholders and will build strong working relationships through empathy. Ideally, you will have a good understanding of the retail environment and the pressures of managing a rapidly changing productcatalogue.You will have the skills and confidence to quickly grasp how multiple technical systems interact and understand how changes will impact downstream usage. Salary & Benefits Were offering a salary of up to £45,000 for the right person, which we assess based on your own experiences, business analysis skills and against the principles of our department and our ways of working.
