Job Description

As a Stock Integrity Administrator, you will manage stock / stocktake movements across the Footasylum estate. Ideally, you will have a passion for problem solving, enjoy working within a team as well as an individual, and have great PC and Analytical skills.You will report into the Retail Profit Protection Manager but also be part of a Head Office team that work at pace to ensure stockfile accuracy across our Footasylum stores. Responsibilities As a Stock Integrity Administrator, you will need to:

  • Be the liaison point between the Head Office & Field Profit Protection teams, Stores, and our Retail partners
  • Complete stocktake housekeeping prior to store stocktake
  • Facilitate and oversee support actions of stocktake to point of completion
    • Odd footwear
    • Stock Transfers
  • Investigate losses over agreed threshold to determine if systemic or physical
  • Support Profit Protection Specialists with factual data for physical stock loss
  • Manage day to day delivery posting
  • Investigate where required store submitted requests for stock adjustments
  • Action where required, stock adjustments from stores (Service Desk and Odds)
  • Monitor and improve process for Odds to increase sales and decrease loss
  • Assist in delivery of Shrinkage Target by ensuring stock file accuracy is improved

A element of this role to consider is that the start of the day can be variable. Dependant on the data collection, there may be need to start earlier in the day, with an early finish.
