Service/Ward/Department Summary:Sudden Resource Centre in Rochdale,Silk Street OL11- where the 2 Rochdale CMHTs are based. Outpatient clinics to be carried out at the Birch Hill Hospital Rochdale, OL12 9QB site where all the Adult Mental Health Services are based.Role Summary:A full time, permanent job supporting the Rochdale CMHT (East and West teams). To work alongside the 2 Community psychiatrists, one senior trainee, one CT and one GPST1 Trainee.Key Responsibilities of the Post:To provide consistent and experience medical input to the Rochdale Community teams. Providing assessments and management of new referrals and follow up appointment for patients under the CMHT.Key Requirements of the Person Specification:
