  • Oversee the delivery of SEND services, ensuring they are tailored to individual needs.

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the quality and accessibility of SEND provision.
  • Forge strong partnerships with schools, parents, and external agencies to maximize support for children with SEND.
  • Drive continuous improvement through data analysis, feedback mechanisms, and innovation.
