Job Description

Project/Field Service EngineerSalary: £24,000 - £33,000Alecto Recruitment are currently representing an established Water Treatment company who work extensively on projects across the UK and Worldwise. Due to continued success, they are seeking Project and Field Service Engineers to join their ever growing team. They specialise in the design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of water treatment systems across a number of different environments.They are happy to look at candidates with a variety of experience within the Water Treatment and Process background. Candidates who are Electro-Mechanically qualified or experienced will have a strong advantage.The Role:

  • Servicing, Overhauling and Fault Finding tasks on plant and equipment at the workshop and on-site.
  • Testing and commissioning plant and equipment at the workshop and on-site.
  • Carry out operator training with respect to operation /maintenance/fault finding at our workshop and on-site.
  • Carry out water analysis, in the laboratory and onsite.
  • Assist with all aspects of the manufacture of new water treatment equipment.
  • Process and functional testing of both new and existing plant and equipment.
  • Field and Site based work with around a 60/40 split between site and field.
    • Key Requirements:
  • Fitting, Maintenance and electrical know how.
  • Electro-Mechanical experience would be advantageous.
  • A good understanding of Process, Mechanical and Electrical Equipment
  • Mechanical/Electrical qualifications would be advantageous.
    • Package:
  • Salary: £24,000 - £32,000.
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x.
  • 30% uplift in salary while working away.
  • OTEs of £50k - £60k.
