Job Description

We are looking for an established, highly motivated and passionate Product Manager to join our in-house "Own Brand" Design Centre team. We are home to multiple brands across mens, womens, kids and accessories.The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within the Highstreet Fashion Industry.This Role gives great opportunity to the right candidate to work on Footasylums "own brands" such as Zavetti Canada, KWD, Alessandro Zavetti and many more, with excellent progression opportunitiesResponsibilities

  • Liaising with all suppliers across own brand products groups and ranges to negotiating cost prices, meeting target costs prices and ensuring required margin maintained
  • Manage Suppliers relationships- build, maintain and grow all supplier relationships whilst discussing issues and looking for ways to optimise the business and improve relationships
  • Responsible for creating all Internal planners and ensure all the cost price, retail price and ex-factory dates are correctly issued and tracked
  • Manage and maintaining factory critical paths, ensuring development projects and production timelines for multiple factories are applied
  • Responsible for creating the seasonal design, development and order placement calendar per brand according to launch dates
  • Managing and tracking own brand purchase orders, amending where necessary
  • To liaise closely with Suppliers to monitor the development proto sample status for the brands/projects
  • Oversee quality assurance communications between suppliers and developers, assisting with conflicting resolutions and negotiation on price product issues through the whole process
  • Conducting analysis to provide insights and reports for internal meetings (best sellers etc)
  • Attend Trade Meetings for the business, top line info given and feed back to the required team
  • Engage to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with a broad range of business functions including IT, eCommerce, Design, studio, Marketing and Analytics, as well as third parties
  • Supervise the process of requesting samples from vendors for the marketing and studio departments
  • Self-motivated and have good time management with the ability to adapt and work to tight deadlines and delivers results within specified time frames. Ability to react quickly to changing demands and priorities
  • Supporting the team in day-to-day admin and ad-hoc duties
