Job Description

  • Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly report packs - collating web data and analysing performance across all areas of web, against key metric
  • Provide a complete view of digital performance, working with various sources of data - extracting, manipulating and investigating data from Google analytics, internal reporting systems and marketing platforms
  • Draw conclusions from the data and deliver insights, communicate this to the Ecommerce and wider team as required
  • Performing ad-hoc analysis and supporting the data needs of Ecommerce teams (digital trade and UX) and all other areas of the business including Marketing, Buying and Merch
  • Assist in driving an automated approach to reporting
    • The Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Ecommerce UX & Delivery team, across one of the most exciting retail businesses in the UK. Reporting into the Head of UX & Digital Delivery and our Data Insight Analyst you will be responsible for:Collating reports summarising on weekly, monthly, annual performances and activities. The successful candidate will also work extremely closely with our Digital Insights Analyst to create insights reports for wider business requests. The role will also require strong collaboration with our Ecom trading and UX teams whilst also looking to create streamlined data dashboards and automated reports. Skills and Experience
  • Experience +1 year in similar role
  • Understanding of retail and Ecommerce trading
  • Hands on experience with Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel
  • Confident with numbers, data and analysis
  • Understanding/experience of data visualisation/automation (e.g. Google data studio, Power BI, NEXT analytics, Supermetrics) desirable but not essential
  • Analytical and commercially minded
  • Able to report on performances
  • Ability to react quickly based on data or trading information
  • Able to work independently and as part of an extremely collaborative team
