Job Description

Customer Service ExecutiveMy client are a family owned online retailer based in Middleton. Due to continued growth the business are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Executive to join the business.The role will include:

  • Responding to customer emails within a 24hour Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Managing customers journeys, including resolving customer queries, delivery issues and order complaints quickly and effectively at every step.
  • Managing returns, processing refunds, resolving claims & cases on Ebay, Amazon and Paypal.
  • Deal with face-to-face customers who visit to purchase items & process payments.
  • Answer phone calls from customers who have enquiries/wish to place orders. Also after purchase calls from customers who have technical questions or have a complaint.
  • Liaise with warehouse and suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Proven experience in a customer service position
  • Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Can-do attitude and team player.
  • Experience with social media/ online retail would be desirable.
