Handling and processing of sales orders. Supporting the other sales team members with general operations to help achieve the teams objectives. Calling customers to ensure they have received the samples they requested via the website. Communicating internally general feedback from customers. Responding to customers emails in a prompt and efficient manner. Dealing with any issues or complaints in a calm and effective manner. Processing and dispatching sample tile orders.ProfileThe successful customer service administrator will have a can-do attitude and a real focus on customer service.
