As the market leader in its sector and one of the countrys largest importers of tilesDescriptionGeneral Duties: Handling prospective and existing customer enquiries in a helpful and professional manner. Handling and processing of sales orders. Supporting the other sales team members with general operations to help achieve the teams objectives. Calling customers to ensure they have received the samples they requested via the website. Communicating internally general feedback from customers. Responding to customers emails in a prompt and efficient manner. Dealing with any issues or complaints in a calm and effective manner. Processing and dispatching sample tile orders.ProfileThe successful customer service administrator will have a can-do attitude and a real focus on customer service. In addition, you should possess the following skills and experience: Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks at any given time. Able to work on your own as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a good telephone manner. Be self-confident with an outgoing personality. General IT skills essential.
