We have a fantastic opportunity for a Children`s Registered Manager to oversee and develop a brand-new Children`s home within the Birtle area. You will be joining an already established specialist provider of crisis care, respite care, outreach care for children and young people who present with challenging social, emotional, educational and behavioural difficulties. They endeavour to create uniquehome`s where the children and young people are nurtured, encouraged and enabled to exceed the expectations of others and reach their full potential. They want people come to work each day excited at the prospect of making a positive impact on young people,helping keep them safe, enriching their lives, providing education and life skills training, and helping them and their families achieve better outcomes.As the Registered Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day management of the home remains complaint with Ofsted regulations and in line with the ethos of the home. You will act on behalf of the organisation to ensure they meet relevantrequirements set out in legislation. You will ensure the staff provides a high standard of consistent care and service in accordance with legislation, central government guidance, regulations and standards, and the policies and procedures. You will developa caring team who show consistent adult role model behaviours setting consistent standards and boundaries for the children.The successful applicant will hold a minimum of a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, a minimum of 2 years` management experience in residential care and hold a Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
