Job Description

Page Personnel are supporting a successful, well-established FMCG business based in Middleton to recruit a Accounts Payable (PTP) to join their team. Must have PTP and SAP/Oracle experience. Offering hybrid working and lots of progression opportunities.Client DetailsOur client is a successful, well-established FMCG business based in Middleton to recruit a Accounts Payable (PTP) to join their team. Must have PTP and SAP/Oracle experience. Offering hybrid working and lots of progression opportunities.Description

  • Support the PTP supervisor/manager in delivering SSC Transactions processes efficiently and effectively to ensure all PTP SLAs and KPIs are met
  • File and Process suppliers invoices and credit notes accurately and on time to ensure payment within due date (100 documents per day)
  • Identify possible overcharges and escalate to line manager for investigation
  • Identify fraudulent invoices to prevent any potential financial loss to the business
  • Ensure knowledge of VAT treatments are up to date across all countries so correct coding is applied to the suppliers invoices as per local legislations
  • Support the SSC PTP processes efficiently and effectively in line with Group Policies
  • Strive to achieve best practice performance levels as per benchmarks agreed with the Supervisor and the Transactions Manager
Profile
  • Experience within a similar role
  • SAP Experience
  • PTP experience (Desirable)
  • Computer literacy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Positive attitude and used to working inclusively
