Job Description

Credit Control Manager / Ripley / Permanent / £30,000 - £35,000Macildowie are thrilled to be working with an amazing business looking to recruit an experienced Credit Control Manager to their team. This is an amazing opportunity with a market leading business, for someone to come in and really make the Credit Control team their own.This is a permanent office-based opportunity looking to pay up to £35,000 dependent on experience.Reporting directly into the Financial Controller this role will require someone to come in and drive and motivate the Credit Control function.Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with Customer Queries that have been escalated by the Team
  • Dealing with Litigation and Insurance claims
  • Cash receipting and allocation of payments and discounts
  • Account set up and reviews
  • SOX self-testing
  • Insurance review & follow up to reduce Company exposure
  • Review the monthly debtors report
  • Month End reporting
Skills required:
  • Minimum of 3 year experience leading a Team
  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and able to adapt to different tasks under pressure
  • High motivated with a can do attitude
