They are looking for a knowledgeablecandidate with expertise in PR to report directly to the Business Development Director. You will take responsibility for the consumer communication strategy and will be required to collaborate with all members of the marketing team to develop and execute acrossall channels delivering against ambitious objectives.This is a unique opportunity to combine your previous PR experince & passion for Events. Daily tasks will include:
  • Identification, selection, execution, and delivery of events (tradeshows, conferences, webinars, talks, panels, etc.)
  • Support in articulating a PR strategy agreed with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify, shortlist, and recommend best media opportunities in line with priority topics
  • Managing B2B PR campaigns
  • Coordinate and prepare press meetings and speaking opportunities as well as drafting media materials and briefing documents.
Requirements:
  • Experience agency side or client side implementing PR strategies successfully in the B2B, tech, workplace and sustainability sectors.
  • You will have existing relationships with journalists/media outlets in the business and technology space. Its extremely favourable if you have contacts in the workplace, office technology and sustainability space
  • Knowledge of events (UK and internationally) and networking is second nature and is an environment you thrive in
  • Ability to produce creative and original ideas both on your own and as part of a team
