This is an excellent opportunity for a practising mortgage advisor to join an award winning independent estate agency that have recently introduced financial services in house and are looking to grow this side of the business.The company are a very busy well known brand offering excellent customer service to their clients.Dealing with Sales,Lettings,Property Management,Land & New Homes and now Financial Services.They are looking for an experienced mortgage advisor with full CeMAP qualification and CAS status to deal with around 30 cases per month from leads.Must have experience in equity release and life protection.Shared ownership experience would be preferred butnot essential as training will be given in this area.The Rickmansworth office is a very fast paced environment where the successful candidate should have a dynamic and energetic personality,being able to work well in a team and be able to build good relationships.Benefits of the Mortgage Advisor role include:
