Job Description

Temporary Paralegal - Required for 10 weeks£20 - £23phHybrid options available, Hybrid based in Maple Cross - RickmansworthJOB TITLE: Temporary ParalegalLOCATION: HybridCO. TYPE: FinancialHOURS: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pmBENEFITS: Office Angels perks and discounts, Pension, 29 days holiday inc Bank holidays, ParkingWe are working with one of our favourite clients to source some much needed support for their in house legal team.In the role your main day to day duties would be:

  • Working within a small Legal department within a Financial services organisation
  • You will be drafting, reviewing and revising commercial contracts, being able to juggle several at any one time
  • Working with various in house teams to discuss and draft agreements, Marketing based, Statements of work, IT, GDPR.
  • Providing advice to commercial teams on legal issues and risks
Wed love to speak with candidates:
  • If you have had previous exposure to working with Commercial contracts and agreements
  • You have on your CV demonstrable and comparable experience in previous roles
  • Having worked within a legal department for a SME or large organisation
  • You will of course have a Legal qualification or equivalent
  • Available immediately or a short notice
