Job Description

Fleet Sales Support Executive Maternity Cover FTC up to 12 months AdvertOur award-winning company based in Maple Cross (Rickmansworth) is looking for highly accurate and confident communicators to join our Sales team as Fleet Sales Support Executive covering a maternity Contract!Paying up to £28,000 per year with excellent benefits and a generous 27-day holiday allowance, this is a fantastic opportunity to join our team at a time of rapid expansion in the automotive industry.Mobilize Financial Services is the financial services partner of the Alliance Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi brands and have been consecutively awarded UK Great Place to Work (large company), Great Place to Work for Wellbeing and Great Place to Work for Women. The Offer The base salary for this role is up to £28,000 per annum plus up to 6% non-contractual bonus.

At the start of your employment, you would be expected to work from the office for to work through our induction and training process, after which time and with agreement from your line-manager you may be offered the opportunity for flexible hybrid home-working. To provide Fleet sales support to external dealer, broker, customers of Mobilize Financial Services (MFS). To provide Fleet sales support to internal departments and MFS Account Management teams.
  • Inbound Fleet Sales Support:
  • Inbound sales support from dealers/brokers/customers including administration activities such as reinstating lapsed proposals and creating Master Hire Agreements
  • Fleet Quotation activities.
  • Contract & Renewal Management:
  • Proactive outbound contacting of renewing customers to drive performance.
  • Manage the renewal process with existing customers through direct contact and quotation, managing leads with the Field and/or Dealer Network.
  • Motor industry experience in a relevant role, especially dealing directly with customers and dealers
  • Knowledge of Business User market & Fleet Funding products & services preferable
  • Ability to build strong relationships
  • IT & analytical skills and Self-organisation & strong administrative skills
