You will have the chance to work closely with students, offering both academic and emotional support, while enrichingtheir educational journey. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and gain experience in a highly regarded institution.Responsibilities:Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.Provide one-on-one and group support to students, helping them with their academic progress.Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students canthrive.Offer guidance and assistance during practical activities, ensuring a safe and structured learning environment.Support students with special educational needs or individual learning plans, tailoring your approach to their unique requirements. Collaborate with the teaching staff to monitor and evaluate student progress.Foster effective communication with parents, keeping them informed about their childs development.Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your skills andknowledge.Requirements:Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant is desirable, but not essential.A genuine passion for education and the desire to make a difference.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Patience, empathy, and the abilityto connect with students of all ages.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.Commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.Relevant qualifications or certifications are advantageous.This is a fixed-term position, starting in September 2023 and running until the end of the academic year.
