Job Description

Job Description The DSL has a unique opportunity for a talented Music Teacher, who wants to be part of a modern, bilingual and dynamic school in a beautiful setting outside Richmond.You are:

  • A qualified Secondary School Music Teacher with a relevant degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in conducting a choir and/or orchestra
  • A passion for music education and making a difference
  • Inspiring approach to help students reach their potential
  • Curriculum development knowledge
  • Open mindedness and creativity to develop new educational approaches
  • Strong ability to work as part of a team, where the majority of teachers come from Germany
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage the classroom
  • Ability to see the bigger picture and volunteer time and energy to School projects
