Supply Chain Coordinator (Pharma)£25k salaryBased - Richmond, Surrey ,TW9Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30amImmediate startPharma background required along with knowledge of GMP/GDPSAP / Excel essentialRole:Supply Chain Coordinator required to support the Supply Chain Team.To manage supply chain administration activities for the organisation of the collection and movement of product to destination territory warehouses, with preparation and upload of associated documentation.In co-ordination with the Supply Planners monitor and manage supply chain inventory movement, working in conjunction with suppliers, commercial and logistics providers to ensure that company maintain the highest level of service to customers in all markets.Duties:Organise transportation for product collection from approved CMO premises by approved logistics supply partners, and schedule delivery to CH 3PLs.Prepare documentation relevant to the import/export requirements for transport of product to the destination warehouse, upload documentation into relevant systems to allow approval of goods movement and customs clearance requirements.Resolve day to day issues with 3rd Party Logistics providers and transport freight agents, escalating to Supply Chain Team (and Commercial where necessary)Obtain relevant documentation for incoming deliveries and send to CH QA dept, 3PLs QC dept. and CH Finance, as necessary.Request batch release documentation from QA to provide to customers and upload into customer systemsIn co-operation with Supply Chain Planners, monitor stock levels, providing weekly reports and identifying and raising issues for resolution to ensure optimal fulfilment of customer orders for non-UK customers.Communication and co-ordination of delivery requirements with Customer Services CMOs, 3PLs and internally with the QA coordinator.Issue weekly stock reports with comments for potential stock issues.Issue monthly metric reports.Communicate any restrictions on sales to preserve stock when shortages of stock could occur.Request S/Os to be raised through Customer Services for transfer and invoicing of product to non-UK customers.Comply with relevant legal and compliance requirements, regulatory and ethical standards and SOPs.Achievement of compliance/quality (internal and external audits)Fully compliant with all internal and external policies, SOPS and processes.Ensure all GMP and GDP activities are performed in compliance to GMP and GDP guidelines.Communicate to line manager any issues which may affect the wider business.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:Degree level in a life science subject.Experience of supply chain and stock management beneficial.Analytical with good attention to detail.Understanding of inter-personal relationships and good communication skills.Ability to prioritize work.Effective time management with ability to work under pressure and to tight time deadlines.Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
