The successful Software Development Business Analyst will join a small project team delivering a web-based legislation drafting and management service. Working with the Product Manager, you will be a key link between service users, partner stakeholders, and the development team as we incrementally release the service to a growing user base.Client DetailsA Central Government organisation that assists multiple other Government bodies.DescriptionTasks include the creation of training materials covering all system features, tailored to each partner organisation. You will attend regular meetings with our supplier and product owners to support the creation of requirements, and assist with regular backlog reviews and release testing. As the Software Development Business Analyst you will also work with the Project Manager to improve user support.As well as:Story development - analysing user needs and writing up for developers to implement. Support - managing feedback, identifying support issues, writing up in detail.Communications - producing user manuals, screen casts.Training - deliver training; develop "train the trainer" programme.Quality assurance - carrying out testing, producing test data/reports.ProfileThe successful Software Development Business Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
