EA Recruitment has been instructed by our client, a large multi office independent estate agency, to recruit a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their office covering the affluent areas of Richmond and Hampton.As a Senior Lettings Negotiator in this role you will be registering and liaising with new tenants, identifying their requirements, conducting property viewings and negotiating terms for new lettings.This role offers a confident, professional Senior Lettings Negotiator the opportunity to earn in excess of £45K on target earnings whilst working in an enjoyable and friendly team environment.Interviews taking place now with an immediate start available.The role:· Senior Lettings Negotiator duties· Registering new applicants, identifying their requirements and discussing suitable properties· Arranging and accompanying property viewings· Discussing feedback with Landlords· Negotiating offers to let and agreeing new tenancies· Working closely with the Lettings Co-Ordinator to ensure all documentation is complete for move ins· Identifying opportunities to generate new business and book in valuations· Ensuring that lettings compliance and regulations are completed· Working to monthly performance targetsExperience/skills required:· Experience of working within a Lettings Negotiator role· Thorough knowledge of the lettings process· Experience of working within West London would be beneficial· Professional, confident and approachable· Clean driving licence and own car· Excellent communication skillsPackage/Benefits:· £16K - £24k basic salary per annum (negotiable depending on experience)· Generous commission structure· Ample holiday allowance· £45k OTE per annum· Opportunity for a long-term career with opportunities to progress· Obtain your ARLA qualificationsTo apply for this role please send your CV or alternatively contact the team at EA Recruitment to discuss the role in more detail.
