Job Description

Hello, were Twisted Fish, a rapidly growing Managed Services Provider based in Richmond, London. We do not use recruitment agencies or other recruitment websites.We’ve experienced 50% organic growth year on year for the last five years and this is set to continue even during the current climate. Because of this growth we are looking to expand our engineering team. This is a great opportunity and we would like senior engineers looking for a new challenge to get in touch.You will act as a technical escalation point for the most complex support issues experienced by our clients and also be able to work on some exciting projects.Role Responsibilities:You will report to our Service Delivery Manager, and your key responsibilities can be summarised as per below:

  • Delivering great customer service when engaging with clients on the phone, via tickets and onsite.
  • Act as an escalation point for technical support issues.
  • Configuration, deployment and management of infrastructure and cloud solutions.
  • Help mentor engineers and be keen to expand your knowledge.
  • Take ownership of major incidents and continue to manage them effectively through to resolution.
    • Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience as a 3rd line support engineer or similar role.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Experience supporting:
  • Office 365, particularly Azure AD, Intune, Exchange and SharePoint.
  • Windows Server (2016-19)
  • Virtualisation
  • Storage
  • Azure
  • IP Telephony
  • Vendor certifications, ideally MCSE/MCITP or multiple MCPs.
  • Good understanding of networking topology.
  • Highly organized with ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines and SLA’s.
  • Ability to work alone & in a small team.
    • The Package:
  • 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri, with occasional work outside these hours)
  • Office located in Richmond, London.
  • Package depending on experience.
