SAP Basis Consultant

Key role responsibilities will include:

Strong proven experience as a SAP Basis Consultant

To identify potential risks and assist in the development of resolution/preventative action

To be commercially aware and identify further opportunities on client sites

Primary Required Experience:The candidates primary experience should include the following:

Strong SAP experience

Detailed knowledge of UK payroll - specifically processes and policies - advantageous if this includes local government knowledge.

Good knowledge of SAP payroll generally with involvement in at least three end-to-end implementations

Good knowledge of Absence Management and Absence Processing (payroll) on SAP

Knowledge of configuration in PA, OM/PD, ECM, Benefits and Portal

Detailed knowledge of UK Payroll Schema

Good knowledge or integration between SAP payroll and FI/CO

Knowledge of HR Patching and involvement with the patching process

UK Payroll support experience

Excellent general consulting skills

Ability to write Change Requests and Functional Specifications

Desired Experience:

Experience of non-UK payroll

SAP HR/HCM certification

ABAP development knowledge

Knowledge of any other SAP HR/HCM modules other than those essential for the role

ADOBE forms knowledge
