Job Description

Are you a highly organised, detail-oriented, and ready to play a vital role for an luxury new homes developerWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales &Marketing Assistant to join a small yet dynamic team and support the senior management team as the business is expanding.My client is a London based creator, owner and operator of bespoke high-end residential properties available for both sale and rent.Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative duties across Marketing, Sales and Operations (e.g. booking travel and accommodation, creating itineraries, office admin, pre-arrival concierge etc.)
  • Designing, editing and creating marketing collateral on InDesign - for example, business cards, rate cards, brochures, invitations etc.
  • Monitoring and researching international property markets and creating schedules of comparison for rental and sales portfolio
  • Setting up and closing down properties for viewings and meetings
  • Greeting clients and visitors for viewings and meetings
  • Assisting with event planning and organisation, including liaising with our suppliers prior to event and being present on the day
What youll need:Obtained:
  • Experience in property administration or PA.
  • Experience in sales or marketing within property.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
Attributes:
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Impeccable presentation.
