Job Description

Our client is a leading entertainment supplier of global entertainment to a wide spectrum of leisure environments worldwideWe are now looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the administration manager and administration teamWorking at their location in Richmond. Your role will involve...* Entry of Sales Order on the computerised systems and ensure there are confirmation of order on the relevant orders* Entry of Purchase Orders and send to suppliers.* To liaise with Finance on Sales Order release* Allocate stock / orders and generate relevant pick notes* To create new product codes where necessary* To create various weekly reports* Answering telephone calls* Liaising with warehouse in respect of sales orders* To assist team members in busy periods and act as cover with daily sales orderentry tasksThe ideal candidate must have previous experience in a sales administration role and havegood experience of Microsoft Office and in particular Microsoft Excel.The successful candidate needs to be very assertive with very good communication skillsThis is a full-time position based in Richmond. Hours are 09.00 to 17.30 Monday toFriday although we are currently operating flexible hours.)Benefits * Salary £25,000 * Hrs 9am -5.30pm this can be flexible * Pension* Private Healthcare* Holidays 34 incl Bank Holidays* Free Parking
