Job Description

Role OverviewWe are currently seeking a Renewals Negotiator to join our dynamic and determined team in Richmond. The successful candidate will handle a diverse range of tasks, focusing primarily on renewing and renegotiating existing tenancies to retain our existingclients and add value to our landlord portfolio.Your role take place during a pivotal point in our landlords and tenants journey which means you must have exceptional time management skills and be an enthusiastic team player who is also quickly able to establish, and sustain, strong working relationshipswith your landlords and tenants.Key Responsibilities

  • Regular contact with your local front office to understand local markets to best support your landlord client decisions
  • Working closely with your landlords and tenants understanding their needs
  • Negotiating tenancy renewals in advance to achieve the best tenancy terms for our clients
  • Producing accurate renewal documentation, including specially negotiated clauses,
  • Ensuring renewal paperwork is completed in good time by all parties
  • Providing professional advice on both renewals and end of tenancy procedures
  • Drafting and serving end of tenancy notices in line with legislation
  • Spotting business opportunities and maximise cross selling with other Savills departments.
  • Comply with the ARLA Propertymark ways of working, strict Property Ombudsman & RICS ‘Code of Practice’, as well as keeping up to date with all new lettings & estate agency legislation.
Skills and ExperienceWe are looking for someone who is organised, enthusiastic, target driven and has the willingness to go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service and help the team succeed. Although previous lettings experience is preferable it is not essential,we have very successful renewal negotiators from a variety of backgrounds our priority is to find a positive individual dedicated to the role.Team OverviewWorking in our vibrant lettings head office at Richmond you’ll be sat along-side, our tenancy progression, client services, property management and client accounts teams.
