Job Description

Opportunity for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Specialist to join our clients team; a rapidly growing, leading Luxury Brand in the FMCG space.It important that you have strong communication and end user facing skills to be successful in this role.The ideal person for this position will have the ability to work independently with minimal direction, have a love for technology with a natural ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Dynamics 365 F&O Profile and Security role creation.
  • Release management Control Update processes for Dynamics 365 F & O.
  • The required support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Assisting the Head of IT on the specification and implementation of D365 Related projects
SKILL SET REQUIRED:
  • Consolidated In-depth experience in creating Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O profiles.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Update release management procedures.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Administration and support implementation.
  • PowerBi design and building of reports within the Dynamics 365 F&O Platform
  • Microsoft Point of Sale systems support.
SKILL SET NICE TO HAVE:
  • EDI connectivity Knowledge
  • EDI mapping setup and maintenance
  • Good understanding of implementing Dynamics 365 extensions and plugins
  • Power Automate and PowerApps
  • Office 365 and Azure Ad experience

  • Passion for technology, be able to work on own initiative and master new technologies quickly.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders
  • Remain calm under pressure (ability to think cool in times of pressure)
