Job Description

Fashion company in South West London sis seeking a temporary hr Administrator to support their HR team, the ideal candidate will be from a retail head office and will have supported a HR team as administratorKey responsibilities

  • Maintained the HR System - Updated employee records.
  • Processed New Starters, Leavers and Changes for Retail and Head Office on SAP HR.
  • Managed the HR tracker.
  • Completed Offer Letters, Contracts and Change Letters.
  • Administered the ATR and Changes process
  • Be the first point of contact for HR queries.
  • Managed the HR reference mailbox.
  • Collated data and produced KPI reports.
  • Completed Promotional letters, Outcome letters and Disciplinary, AWOL and Probation invites.
  • Supported with Payroll monthly interface - ensuring all New Starters/Leavers and Changes were issued to Payroll.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders (Pension Provider)
  • Maintain HR trackers,
