Finance ManagerRichmond£60,000 - £65,000 18 Month ContractIf you are an aspiring finance management professional looking for a new opportunity for 2022, we want to hear from you! Magpie Recruitment is seeking an experienced and inclusive Finance Manager to join our clients successful and welcoming team. This FinanceManager role is based in Richmond and offers a favourable salary and benefits.As a flexible Finance Manager, you will manage the company accounts, budgets and forecasts. You will also oversee and develop a team of four people. Please note, occasional travel is required with this position. Responsibilities of a Finance Manager

  • Oversee and develop the company finance team
  • Manage the efficient and accurate production of the companys monthly management accounts and all associated returns
  • Be responsible for cost management, including forecasts and budgets
  • Be the main point of contact for the stakeholders at the company, covering all departments
  • Ensure that the team is providing an excellent service to their stakeholders
To succeed in this finance management role, you will need a degree-level education and should be a qualified member of an accountancy body or holder of an equivalent qualification. You will also need significant experience in finance within the industry. Specification of a Finance Manager
  • Background in a relevant consulting or services business
  • People administration with experience in managing and developing professional staff
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Emotional intelligence, diplomacy, tact, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to be a team player in the finance team
