We have taken a new role in Richmond nearest tube is Kew about 5 minutes walk and must have finance background ideal for someone with 12 months to 24 months experience in finance and ideally graduate level, good learning role with a very busy and lively company the salary is around the 28kFinance tasks using Excel & XERO:Multiple currencies and group companies. Managing client invoices and supplier bills Reconciling invoices and payments Credit Control Preparing Payment RunsReconciling sales PayPal & E-commerce payments. Reconciling expenses for all staff Produce commercial invoices and deal with any monitoring of shipments Admin tasks:Managing staff holidaysManaging maintenance, utilities, insurance, and Health & Safety contractsOrganising filing systems both physical & digital. Answering the phone and greeting customersKeeping the office environment tidy and organisedManaging office supplies and organising refreshments for staff and eventsPreparing Certificates of OriginPreparing packing listsProducing reports for sales meetingsProcessing some web orders, exchanges, and returnsPacking, shipping & tracking client ordersInputting information on CRM DatabaseWe can offer A salary of 28K Parking on-site30 days holiday Annual clothing allowanceSome flexibility in working hours.
