Job Description

Customer Service Advisor - South West London - £23,000 Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service to you clientsDo you a desire to work within supply chainThis is an excellent opportunity for someone to begin their career or continue their career within the pharmaceutical industry. As Customer Service Advisor you will focus on customer contact, orders and distribution to meet and exceed their customer requirements.The Job:The Customer Service Advisor will have the following roles and responsibilities:

  • Act as first point of contact to deal with customer enquiries and delivery related queries, ensuring appropriate action is taken in line with agreed internal working procedures.
  • Ensure customer orders are processed accurately, in a timely manner and are in line with the agreed delivery schedule, customer requirements and regulatory requirements, to ensure fulfilment of orders to customers satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with 3PLs
  • Contribute to process improvements and efficiency within the operations function by maintaining logs of all issues
    • The requirements:To be suitable for the role of Customer Service Advisor you will ideally have the following:
  • A levels or equivalent business experience
  • Understanding of supply chain and stock management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work
  • Exceptional attention to detail
    • The Package and details:The successful candidate for the role of Customer Service Advisor will receive the following:
  • Salary - £23,000
  • Pension scheme
  • Hours of work are 9am - 17:30pm
