Compliance Business Partner who has good knowledge of Health & Safety, Environmental, Quality / SHEQ / HSE, Corporate Social Responsibility / CSR, Information Security and Risk is required for a well-established company based in Richmond,South West London.This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident candidate who is keen to progress their career in a challenging and intellectually stimulating environment.SALARY: £40,000 per annum + Bonus + BenefitsLOCATION: Richmond, South West LondonJOB TYPE: Full-Time, PermanentWORKING HOURS: 40 Hours per WeekJOB OVERVIEWWe have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Compliance Business Partnerwho has good knowledge of Health & Safety, Environmental, Quality / SHEQ / HSE, Corporate Social Responsibility / CSR, Information Security and Risk.The Compliance Team is responsible for the strategic development of Health & Safety, Corporate Social Responsibility including Environment, Quality and Information Security identifying and mitigating the major risks for the company and compliance againstregulatory, specific contractual and best practice standards.As the Compliance Business Partner youll report to the Head of Compliance as part of a team of seven, the role is primarily focused on CSR Environmental, Health & Safety, Information Security and Quality.Working as the Compliance Business Partner you will be focused on supporting other Functions to meet their Business & Legal Responsibilities (including GDPR). This will require you to conduct Compliance Audits (monitoring adherence to ISO & Business Standards/ Processes), support and conduct Due Diligence Audits of new and current business opportunities, including the support of detailed Incident Investigations and Claims Management and further the Review and/or Development of Compliance Policies & Procedures.As a successful candidate you will have further opportunity to develop within the business and team through training and development support, with the ideal candidate keen to establish a career and progress further within the business.APPLY TODAYIf this job looks like your ideal position, then please send in your CV as soon as possible for our Recruitment Team to review.DUTIESYour duties as the Compliance Business Partner include:

  • Compliance Policies & Procedures
  • Support the development of Policies & Procedures within other functional areas
  • Support the deployment National/Global procedures
  • Support GDPR
  • Provide Compliance input into tender bids and client questionnaires
  • Support development of local procedures to enhance national procedures
  • Implement and monitor compliance to published / deployed policies & procedures
  • Monitoring / Auditing Operational Procedures
  • Support & guidance to Stakeholders
  • Support the development & management of Work Instructions / Workflow
  • Active Involvement with Emergency Preparedness (First Aid / Fire / Security / Business Continuity)
  • Support & Manage Continual Improvement
  • Support Personnel Procedures
  • Support HR Responsibilities & Equal Opportunities
  • Support Operational Management
  • Monitor Performance (conduct appraisals, personal development plans etc. where applicable)
  • Training & supervision
  • Monitoring, recording & reporting regularly against set / published KPIs / SLAs for the services provided (as identified in specific individual contracts)
  • Identify any potential for business development with clients, in line with the solutions that the company offers
  • Assisting the Area / Key Account / Client Services Manager in agreeing & documenting any changes to the contract / service provision & support communications to site staff & service users
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous compliance experience
  • Professional Membership e.g., IOSH, IIRSM, IEMA, CISM
  • Implementing National Standards &/or Work Instructions
  • Managing External Enforcing Authorities (e.g., HSE, Fire, Environment etc.)
  • Internal Auditing
