You will be based on a New Development in West London.Company profile:This Real Estate firm is truly a market leader with offices in the UK as well as 100s worldwide. They deliver their property expertise for both Residential and Commercial properties and boast an annual total transaction value of 10s of billions. If youre looking for career growth and massive earning potential this could be the company for you.Character profile:They are looking for intelligent, articulate and driven Lettings Negotiator. Someone with experience as a Lettings Negotiator - ideally with exposure to BTR (Build to Rent) or New Homes (though this is not essential).They are looking for an entrepreneurial, business-savvy Lettings Negotiator, someone who wants to get involved in more than just Letting stock. They want someone who will make the site their own, come up with new ideas and be involved with the marketing andsocial media.
