Customer Service Executive - Dutch OR Spanish speaking Location - West London / Hybrid Salary - £24,500 6 month FTC to go permanent Job Ref: CF1202248Working Hours -Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm - NO SHIFT WORK!LRS is recruiting a Customer Service Executive with Dutch OR Spanish language skills for their client, an online hospitality business based in West London.A well-established business with a market presence in Europe, you will have the opportunity to join a diverse team of multilingual customer support professionals and cover the Spanish and BENELUX territories.This is a fantastic opportunity if you are a Customer Support OR Customer Service expert looking to enhance your skills in a fast-paced environment!Responsibilities of theCustomer Service Executive - Dutch OR Spanish speaking

  • Respond professionally and promptly to customers enquiries via email, phone, online chat and social media
  • Answer incoming calls and transfer to the right department
  • Process orders and refunds
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer queries in a timely manner
  • Ensure SLAs set by management are met at all times
Requirements of theCustomer Service Executive - Dutch OR Spanish speaking
  • Fluent in either Dutch OR Spanish to native level and fluent English
  • Experience in a customer support, customer service or call centre environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a good team player
  • Familiar with ticketing and CRM systems
  • Good attention to detail, ability to prioritise and good multitasking skills
