Role - Accounts Assistant Location - Paisley, Scotland Are you an Accounts Assistant who has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in doing a great job Do you want to work for a supportive, family-friendly Chartered Accountancy firm where you can be an individual and not just another cog in the wheel An opportunitythat emphasises personal contact with the firms longstanding clients, supporting them and their business growthWho are they looking for

  • An Experienced Accounts Assistant.
  • Experience with either XERO or Quickbooks.
  • Worked with a varied client portfolio.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Enjoy developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Proactive, Outgoing, and Individual.
  • 3-5 Years PublicPractise Experience.
  • Desire to succeed and do a great job
What does a day look like
  • Preparing VAT Returns.
  • Balance Sheet and Bank Reconciliations.
  • Preparing Management and Financial Reports.
  • Assist with implementing, training, and supporting all clients on XERO or Quickbooks.
  • Providing advice on current in-house systems.
  • Identifying potential improvements.
  • Liaising with Managers and Partners.
  • Working with a varied Client Portfolio, involving regular client contact.
